I thought it would take at least three days to strip off the old roof, add ridge ventilation, complete the new roof and have everything cleaned up. You said it would take one day and possibly few hours a second day. You had the roof completed in one day, I was amazed on the timing. The owner, Claude Gourand, took the time to understand our desires and construct a comprehensive and appropriate plan that showed an attention to detail that I had not seen from other roofing contractors. ln particular, Claude thoroughly researched the best ventilation option to address the root cause of the extensive shingle damage on my existing roof.
